Welcome to Heritage Place!!

Heritage Place is a residential community developed in the 1970s and is located in western Arapahoe County in the City of Centennial.

The Heritage Place Homeowner's Association is made up of a group of volunteers, who are elected annually in September by the residents of the community.   The HOA Board is responsible for maintaining the public areas, collecting membership dues, hiring personnel, covenant enforcement and making and amending community rules.  Any homeowner may become a Board Member.  The Board always welcomes your input and your initiative.  All residents are welcomed to the Board meetings, held monthly at Heritage Elementary at 7pm, the third Thursday of every month.

Each year the Board collects a homeowner's dues, in early January, from each of the residents in order to maintain the open space and entrances.  The dues collected in 2010 was $316.41 and was due February 1, 2010.
