Meeting Minutes are recorded at the monthly Board Meetings by the Property Manager representative from AMA (Assocation Management Agency) who at this time is Karrie Ezell.  The Board will then approve the Minutes and post them on this webpage below.  'Balance Sheets' and 'Income Statements' are located  under 'Finance & Reserve Plan' in the menu bar to the left.

Heritage Place Newsletters are sent to residents by US Postal Service on an every other month basis usually around the middle of the months of February, April, June, August, October and December. The Contact for the Newsletter is Eric Berghorn. His information can be found under the 'Contact' tab on the left-hand colunm of this webpage.
