Meeting Minutes are recorded at the monthly Board Meetings by the Property Manager representative from AMA (Assocation Management Agent) who at this time is Karrie Ezell.  The Board will then approve the Minutes and post them on this webpage below.  'Balance Sheets' and 'Income Statements' are located  below the 'Minutes'.

Heritage Place Newsletters are sent to residents by US Postal Service on a quarterly basis usually around the middle of the months of February, May, August and November.  The Contact for the Newsletter is Ken Cole.  His information can be found under the 'Contact' tab on the left-hand column of this webpage.
